“Everything you need is already within you” is a favorite quote of mine. Every human has the power within themselves to live a fulfilling, authentic life. In the face of life’s painful experiences, we can lose touch with that power. I believe that therapy is a way to access that power in order to experience the best version of yourself.  Inspired by my own experiences with mental health challenges, I have developed a life-long passion for self-discovery and self-growth which has paved my path towards a career in mental health. As a therapist, I will walk alongside you on your inner journey towards embracing your whole self amidst life’s inevitable highs, lows, and everything in-between.

I am currently a third-year doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology Psy.D. program at the Chicago School. My clinical experience includes work at a hospital for eating disorder recovery. I have worked with adults and adolescents of diverse backgrounds struggling with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidality, and OCD. I also have experience working in community mental health where I have worked with adults with severe trauma backgrounds and significant socio-emotional challenges. I am passionate about helping individuals with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and OCD.

As a therapist, I am warm and compassionate. I value being genuine in the therapeutic space and creating an accepting environment in which clients feel comfortable to do the same. While my approach towards therapy leans towards a blend of humanistic and psychodynamic orientations, I believe that each individual presents their own unique needs and I cater my style and technique to complement those needs. Feeling is healing and it is my priority to allow you the space to explore and embrace all of the feelings, finding a world where your mind and body can live in peace together.
