What are the Symptoms of Anxiety? 

Anxiety can become very debilitating and panic attacks become unbearable, but you are not alone. At HumanKind, we include a variety of psychological theories into our online sessions and tailor therapy to address symptoms of anxiety and panic. These symptoms range from physical to emotional which can include:

  • Feeling restless or unable to sit still

  • A fast, thumping or irregular heartbeat

  • Sweating or hot flushes

  • Nausea, upset stomach

  • Sleeping issues

  • Headaches, backaches, and other pains

  • Feeling light-headed or dizzy

  • Having a sense of dread, or fearing the worst

  • Feeling like you can't stop worrying, or that bad things will happen if you stop worrying

  • Worrying about anxiety itself or a panic attack happening

Anxiety and panic can affect several areas of our lives. Applying a holistic lens to therapy, we aim to develop positive strategies to assist in exploring our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual functioning that can particularly influence anxiety and panic attacks.

About HumanKind

HumanKind Psych is paneled as an in-network provider for the following insurance plans:

If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may see us as an out-of-network provider and submit a bill to your insurance company. They may reimburse you. 

 

Our out-of-pocket fees are as follows: 

Initial Intake Session (60-75 minutes) - $185

Therapy Session (50 minutes) - $160

​

We also reserve select spots on our caseloads for sliding-scale arrangements based on financial need.
