The core responsibilities of this position include conducting 20–25 individual therapy sessions per week, attending team meetings and consultations, participating in peer supervision, and maintaining timely clinical documentation.

The optional responsibilities of this position include conducting ADHD diagnostic assessments, mentoring practicum students, leading groups and workshops, and working within a hybrid scheduling model that combines in-person and remote sessions.

This position offers a salary range of seventy thousand to ninety thousand, determined by caseload, responsibilities, and experience, along with an annual performance-based bonus. Additional benefits include a continuing education stipend of up to six hundred dollars per year, paid time off, sick leave, holidays, and stipends for technology and remote work.

Yes! Ongoing mentorship is a core part of this role. You’ll receive direct support from a seasoned clinical supervisor, and can also participate in optional peer supervision and consultation groups.
