My personal experience with therapy has been an incredibly transformative experience in my life and I am dedicated to providing a similarly meaningful experience to others. I hope to empower you and help you to grow and feel confident within yourself. I believe that having any form of support is an incredibly important asset in helping solve the issues that we are facing. With that said, I hope that I can be that support for you and help you achieve a fulfilling life.
Being raised in Chicago in a Hispanic/Latinx household, I feel very much at home, and I am so grateful to work within this community. I am currently in training through Adler University to earn my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) where I have also earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I have previously completed clinical training at a supportive housing facility for recently incarcerated individuals, as well as at a college setting with students. I have been able to support individuals through traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and challenging family dynamics.

When it comes to therapy, I approach it holistically and from a relational approach, but I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I find that it is incredibly important to provide a safe space for you to develop personal insight and I seek to build a relationship with my clients that truly works with their personal values and diverse backgrounds. I integrate various approaches in therapy depending on the client, but lean towards Adlerian, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and client-centered approaches.
I hope to be able to provide you with a safe space that allows you to overcome any fear, anxiety, or underlying beliefs that are interfering with you achieving your true, autonomous, and authentic self.
