Dr. Elizabeth (Ellie) Milligan, Psy.D. (she/her) ~ Post-Doctoral Psychologist

Hi, I'm Dr. Ellie.
My goal is to hold a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to better understand yourself and others. I will support you toward your goals and strive to help enrich the relationships in your life.
My passion is relationships and connections with self and others. The messages we receive often promote independence and self-reliance, but we are not built to walk this life alone.
Whether you’re coming in for depression, anxiety, body image concerns, or something else, I believe much of our suffering stems from unfulfilling, inauthentic relationships.
My hope is to create a strong therapeutic relationship together so you can feel safe and supported to grow in your connections with yourself and others.

I will gently challenge patterns or thoughts that appear unhelpful for you and your goals (never with judgement!).
